* Documentation Of Unusual Method To Compose Music!

At last- I am vindicated! Here's a clip featured on 60 minutes about a 12 y.o. composer/prodigy who creates his music, fully actualized, right in his head, without having advanced musical-playing technique.

His compositions become clear as he walks along, humming and moving to the the rhythm. This is EXACTLY how I compose as well!

Although, I won't claim to be a prodigy, it's reassuring to La Moi that my methodology has been validated. One shudders to imagine how many would-be composers who, although not nearly so gifted as "Blue Jay" have been ridiculed, or discouraged from following their muse, since this methodology it flies in the face of "standardized" formal musical training!

Steampunk Vol. 1 - Lullabye for Lizzie - by Hellblinki

Lullabye for Lizzie - Hellblinki
http://www.Hellblinki.com/

A brand new song from the Hellblinki… Broken tooth blues in a Tux, choral fantasies for agnostic angels, peg-leg waltzes on the rim of Mt. Vesuvius… Psycho-cabaret, southern fried with guerrilla operatics. Hellblinki is prone to suprise, tension, and dramatic release. Dark and experimental, Hellblinki mixes elements of American folk, European cabaret, and Punk Rock experimentation into an intoxicating brew of transcendent madness.

- Goggles - by The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing
https://www.facebook.com/blamedfornothing

Old school punk rock. Like, REALLY old school. Genuine 100% actual Londoners, The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing come from a past which probably never happened via a present they didn't want. Less steampunk and more Steampunk, the British four piece mix Anarchy and Anachrony in equal measure. Expect a robot Sid Vicious covering Slayer in an 1877 East End Music Hall: a murky mix of Doctor Who, Doctor Watson and Doctored History. Not for the faint hearted or those of a delicate disposition.

The music of London band Ghostfire resonates to the debauched decadence and absinthe-fuelled anarchy of life in the 1880s. Stalking the cobbled streets, lurking in the shadows of the darkest alleyways. Dare you glance beyond the safety of the guttering gaslights to where the gin-soaked moxie plies her trade, the dipper watches his mark and the drunken sailor staggers blindly.

This is the shadowy world of villains, rogues and rascals that the music of Ghostfire calls home.
